Content Safety Policy

Purpose and scope

This policy applies to prompts, questions, saved or shared readings, account activity, and other content submitted to or generated through TarotAI. It supplements our Terms of Use.

Sexual content and protection of minors

Do not use TarotAI for pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or fetish content involving harm. Any sexualized content involving or appearing to involve a minor is strictly prohibited, including fictional, generated, transformed, or age-ambiguous material.

Grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of a minor may result in immediate account action and reporting where legally required.

Hate, harassment, privacy, and deceptive media

Do not threaten, stalk, bully, harass, dehumanize, or promote hatred against people based on protected characteristics. Do not expose private information to cause harm, create deceptive impersonation or deepfakes, or generate non-consensual intimate depictions of real people.

Self-harm, suicide, and crisis situations

Do not use TarotAI to encourage, glorify, plan, or provide instructions for self-harm or suicide. When a message indicates an immediate risk of harm, TarotAI may interrupt a divination-style response and provide safety-oriented guidance instead.

Illegal conduct and safety evasion

Do not use the service to plan, facilitate, conceal, or promote illegal activity, fraud, exploitation, violence, malware, or other serious wrongdoing. Do not probe, bypass, disable, or evade safety protections through coded language, prompt injection, repeated rephrasing, roleplay, translation, or obfuscation.

Entertainment and reflection only

AI-generated tarot content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. It is for entertainment and personal reflection and does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, safety, or other professional advice. Do not use it as the basis for emergency or high-impact decisions.

Third-party content

Third-party links, embedded content, model output, or other materials may have separate rules and may be unavailable, changed, or inaccurate. You may not use third-party material through TarotAI to evade this policy.

Enforcement, reports, and appeals

To investigate a violation, protect people or the service, or comply with law, we may block prompts or outputs, restrict features, remove content, suspend or terminate an account, and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent loss of access.
