Different sessions may produce different interpretations.

TarotAI does not provide medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, relationship, or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services. Do not delay or replace qualified professional help because of an AI response.

Crisis and self-harm

Do not rely on tarot, divination, or AI output during a crisis. If you are considering self-harm or suicide, or someone may be in immediate danger, stop using a reading to make the decision and contact local emergency services or a trusted person who can stay with you and help you reach appropriate support.

Your responsibility and third parties

You are responsible for how you interpret and use output, verify important information, and make choices. Do not use TarotAI to decide for another person without appropriate consent or to cause harm. Third-party links, services, content, and model output remain subject to their providers’ availability and practices.

Limits of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TarotAI is not responsible for decisions, losses, harm, missed opportunities, or other consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated or third-party content. The warranties and liability limits in the Terms of Use also apply. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how account, reading, usage, and transaction information is handled. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share.

Subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds

Subscriptions use the plan, price, tax, and renewal terms shown at checkout. Basic and Pro may include one 3-day free trial for a new paid subscription. A payment method is required, and the monthly price is charged automatically if the trial is not cancelled. Cancelling that trial or paid plan clears remaining plan credits. Annual Unlimited has no trial. During the free trial, the number of readings per day is subject to a reasonable limit. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not reverse a completed or partially used billing period. Refund eligibility and requests are governed by our Refund Policy, any Stripe or Link Managed Payments refund rules that apply to the transaction, and mandatory consumer rights.

Minors, changes, and contact

TarotAI is not directed to children under 13. A higher local minimum age or parental-consent requirement applies where required. We may update this disclaimer as the service or legal requirements change. Questions may be sent to support@tarotai.ai.
