By accessing or using TarotAI, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TarotAI. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms with you.

What TarotAI provides

TarotAI offers tarot readings, card meanings, symbolic interpretations, and reflective prompts. The public one-card reading, language switching, and copying are free and do not require an account. A free account lets you save readings, revisit them until you delete them, and create revocable share links.

Not professional advice

TarotAI does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, relationship, employment, or other professional advice. A reading is not a diagnosis, risk assessment, instruction, or substitute for qualified advice and reliable real-world information.

Do not use a reading to make urgent, high-stakes, or safety-critical decisions. If you or someone else may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource rather than relying on TarotAI.

Your judgment and responsibility

You remain responsible for how you interpret a reading and for every decision or action you take. Consider your circumstances, verify important facts, and seek qualified help where appropriate. You may keep what feels useful and disregard the rest.

Do not enter confidential information, passwords, financial details, health records, or another person’s private information into a reading prompt.

Acceptable use

You may use TarotAI only lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give you written permission. You must not:

• interfere with, overload, bypass, probe, or compromise the service or its security;
• use automated means to scrape, copy, or extract substantial parts of the service;
• reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• impersonate another person, violate another person’s rights, or use the service for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity; or
• reproduce or commercially exploit our artwork, writing, branding, or software without authorization.

Intellectual property

TarotAI and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including its original card artwork, interpretations, text, design, trademarks, and software. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended personal purpose.

You retain any rights you have in text you enter. An anonymous question remains in your browser. If you deliberately save or share a reading after signing in, you instruct TarotAI to store the question and reading in your account until you delete it.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of TarotAI, and we may update these terms as the service evolves. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. The effective date at the top shows when these terms last changed.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TarotAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TarotAI and those who help operate it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on a reading or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of TarotAI, without depriving you of any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
