Renewal and cancellation
Basic and Pro include one 3-day free trial on a new paid subscription. A card is required. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the monthly price is charged automatically. Cancelling during the trial prevents that charge and clears remaining plan credits. Annual Unlimited has no trial and renews yearly until you cancel.
Credit validity
Welcome credits last 90 days. Daily credits last 24 hours. Subscription credits reset on each monthly billing date and do not roll over.
Unlimited, fairly used
Annual Unlimited is for one person using TarotAI at a natural pace. Account sharing, resale, automation, bulk calls, scraping, and other abuse are not included. Proportionate service-protection limits may apply when activity threatens availability.
Future features
Early access is included with Annual Unlimited. Higher-cost standalone products, such as a full astrology report, are not unlimited by default and may instead include a member allowance or separate price.

01Can I subscribe today?+
Yes. Sign in, choose a paid plan, and complete checkout securely. Your purchase is linked to the signed-in account.
02How do the welcome credits work?+
Each new user can receive 50 credits once. They expire 90 days after they are granted, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and have no cash value.
03How do daily credits work?+
On the first signed-in visit of each account day, Free accounts receive 10 credits, active Basic accounts receive 30, and active Pro accounts receive 45. Each daily grant expires 24 hours after issue and does not accumulate indefinitely. Annual Unlimited already includes unlimited standard readings, so it receives no daily credit grant.
04Do subscription credits roll over?+
No. Basic and Pro credits refresh at the start of each subscription cycle, and unused subscription credits do not carry into the next cycle.
05Can I buy separate credit packs?+
Not currently. If separate credit packs or promotional grants launch later, their price and validity will be shown before purchase or claim. Support compensation credits expire 90 days after grant.
06Which credits are used first?+
Credits with an expiry date are used in order of the earliest expiry. Your account credit page shows each grant and its exact expiry time.
07What does fair use mean for Annual Unlimited?+
It covers unlimited standard tarot spreads for one person’s normal use. Account sharing, resale, automation, bulk calls, scraping, and other abuse are prohibited. We may apply proportionate service-protection limits when necessary to keep the service reliable.
08Does the subscription renew automatically?+
Yes. After a Basic or Pro trial, the monthly price is charged automatically unless you cancel during the 3 days. Cancelling during the trial prevents the charge and clears remaining plan credits. Annual Unlimited renews yearly until cancelled, and access continues through the year already paid for.
